We went to the souk, which was an experience and there are plenty of taxis. The only thing I will say is if you like to look at historical buildings etc.it is mainly new along the seafront to the marina. We were pleased as we wanted a restful, all inclusive, sunshine holiday, and this ticked all the boxes. Very quiet when we were there we didn't get disturbed sleep even though the hotel was busy. The bathroom was nice with a large shower and organic toiletries. The animation team worked very hard and appeared to have endless patience. There were enough sun loungers to go round and some low key entertainment round the pool which was fun to watch. The Moroccan wine we liked, perhaps not quite the choices of a bar in the UK, but we didn't expect it to be and we were more than happy. Also, every conceivable breakfast you might fancy! We used the pool restaurant at lunch and the fresh pizza and paella were delicious.the drinks were good, but no prossecco. At breakfast, the juices were fresh, and there was a selection of smoothies. The restaurant had a huge selection of different food to try. The complex is immaculately clean, and the staff went out of their way to be pleasant. We stayed with friends for a long weekend to celebrate their 35th wedding anniversary. Lastly thank you to all staff at hotel for a lovely stay! Be careful at the airport on arrival as loads of men come towards you and want to wheel your case out of the building and you think they work there but as soon as the have wheeled you case outside the building they hold their hands out for money. Plenty of sunbeds by the pool but often had towels on very early and usually ones with a parasol, but the staff were putting more parasols around before we came home. Tour guides are friendly and help with excursions. Its right on the beach front so easy access. The food was good, fresh every night, clean rooms, the staff were friendly and the entertainment was good. Plenty of food to choose from but only problem was a lot wasn't labelled so wasn't sure what it was. Review of Iberostar Founty Beach Reviewed 10 January 2023 I enjoyed my stay here last year in June.

Restaurant did get very busy at times and was very noisy. Only problem with our room was noisy neighbours that arrived back in their room at about 4.30 every morning and were very noisy. Rooms are a good size with comfy beds, bathroom is a bit dated but has a good shower with plenty of hot water. Maids that clean the rooms do an excellent job. Hotel is spotlessly clean, the lovely lady that cleans the toilets in reception never stops. Mustafa at the pool bar is an absolute star! Always happy and chatty. Staff are very friendly and work very hard. Got home yesterday after staying a week in this hotel.
